arc de triomphe / seine walk with eiffel tower study
went up in the morning - went up at night.
I must have absolutely loved the arc de triomphe.
or maybe I had an entire day ticket and wanted to
get the most bang for your buck.
it's like a christmas tree but with much less plastic.
no wait thats not true.
it definately looks like it's made of plastic.

le louvre / gothic architecture edition
it was like a king tuts tomb of art. but nothing like that.
it was a rock concert of art. but nothing like that.
it was like a large building with lots of art from various cultures and eras.
ya that's about right.
And the mona lisa was there. Do you want to know what mona lisa looks like?
Well.... it looks exactly the same as any other picture you have seen of her but
without a moustache drawn on top of it.
I do wish I could have seen a gargoyle fly around.
but if i did actually have a wish, I would wish for something much cooler than that.
Like french onion soup or something. That stuff ain't cheap.

jardin du luxembourg / top of the tower edition
OOH LA LA
Luxembourg garden was adorable.
Like a much more expensive but smaller central park.
The Eiffel tower looks like a child built it.
It looks like one great big giant childs toy.
It looks like you went to a giant walmart and bought your giant child
a big huge giant "build it yourself" toy.
Your giant french baby of course.
It's also amazing.
